Any returns must be accompanied by a return authorization, which can be requested by email, phone, or in writing. Please provide us with your order ID number and we will issue you a return authorization number. Return the package to us by a traceable shipping method, such as UPS, FEDEX, etc.,and your refund will be issued upon receipt of your package in an "as new" condition. Each image includes an “Image Description” label, a “Suggested Care Label and Image Longevity Guarantee”. Limited Edition prints also come with a “Certificate of Authenticity”. Troost Fine Art Photography reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, such as a substitution of a paper or media. Only materials of equal or improved quality would be substituted under any circumstances. Troost fine Art Photography guarantees the quality of each image, print and all final products. We believe in good old fashioned customer service, and as such would work very hard to resolve any concern, complaint or misunderstanding. Original shipping charges will be refunded only in situations where we are at fault, and return shipping charges are also at the customers expense, unless a mistake was made in the ordering process or in the unlikely event a print was shipped that should not have passed our quality control.
